A member of the security team reviews your message and responds within one business day. The first reply confirms receipt and, where enough detail is provided, suggests a short scoping call. All enquiries are handled in confidence. If your requirement is urgent or tied to a regulatory deadline, note that in the message so it can be prioritised.
A short description of the system or programme in scope, the platforms and technologies involved, the environments that can be made available for testing, and any regulatory drivers or deadlines. Having approximate user counts, the number of applications or APIs, and existing documentation ready makes the call more productive. You do not need a fully formed scope before contacting us — that is what the call is for.

Every enquiry is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share the details of your systems, your regulatory deadlines, or your security concerns with third parties. Once an engagement begins, it is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement that protects both organisations and keeps findings private to the people who need to act on them.
